WINTER 2017

Here is my little recap of this past semester... enjoy!

Abby celebrated her 19th birthday at the end of January, so of course we ate at Tucanos where the staff made her dance as they sang a birthday song.
We went to the Ice Castles which was so much more beautiful than I could have possibly imagined - I was freezing the entire time, but it was worth it.
Abby sang with BYU's Women's Chorus in General Conference, which for those of you who do not know is the ULTIMATE goal on any choir member's bucket list.  Singing in the Conference Center for a worldwide session (viewed by MILLIONS) is not something that happens every day.

We also went to a Passover Seder service that one of the religion professors held - it was SO amazing. Abby and I are both huge fans of tradition and we especially love those of the Jewish faith; it hits pretty close to home.  We are definitely going again next year.
School update:

I am amazed at how beautifully my academic plans are unfolding.  I was able to present two research projects at the Fulton Conference this year, I have a job in Denver this summer as a Research Assistant, and I am again reminded that I attend the absolute best University in the world.

Having Abby here with me in Provo has been an absolute dream come true.  She is my best friend and I am so excited to room with her next year!
