AUGUST PART I

What a crazy month. 

I am sorry that it took so long to post - things have just been pretty busy lately.

I mean, I'm at college!

I will probably break the events of the past few weeks into several posts, so stay tuned.

To kick things off:

On our drive to Utah, we stopped at the ever famous Wall Drug.

seriously.  that thing was advertised for M I L E S

It was actually really cool, and I especially loved how there were a few things that I could remember from when I was a kid (like the dinosaur that would attack tourists every 12 minutes)

We were planning on staying in hotels for two nights of our journey.  Little did we know, finding a bed for the night would be mission impossible.  There happened to be festivities in the general area both nights we were on the road, so no nice hotel for us. 

Seriously though, there were some pretty sketchy options.

Once we arrived in Utah, we grabbed a bite at our favorite burger joint before unloading at our grandpa's house.

The next day was wedding central.

Both weddings were so beautifully planned out, and I am S O glad we came out in time to celebrate.

Congrats to my beautiful cousins and I offer my best wishes for their new lives!
