We are trying to be more spontaneous and so yesterday my roommate, my neighbor, & I drove to Moab for the day. 6+ hours in a little old car that wheezed as it went up the mountains and friends who love to sing along made for both a fun journey and an awesome destination.
We were ridiculously happy, running around, leaping off stones, & pointing and shouting "Look at this rock!" Only here would that ever be non-sarcastic.
Can we take a minute to appreciate the short sleeves? In February.
Liz was determined to see "THE arch", and so despite a few whines we hiked up to the ever famous delicate arch. Along the way it finally clicked why there were so many couples hiking that day - V day had completely slipped our minds.
We left right at sunset and it was absolutely beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice.
I hope YOUR Valentine's Day was amazing as well!
